(1993) is a poet, novelist and journalist. He is originally from P艡erov and now lives in Prague, where he also studied English literature and culture at Charles University. In 2016, his poetry collection聽Rhizomy聽(Rhizomes) was published. In 2018 and 2020 he was one of the ten finalists in the Czech鈥揝lovak poetry competition B谩sne SK/CZ. His debut novel聽Rozlo啪铆拧 pam臎钮聽(Memory Burn, 2023) won the 2024 Magnesia Litera Award and the 2024 Ji艡铆 Orten Prize. It was also chosen for the tenth Susanna Roth Award for beginner translators of Czech literature.
Ond艡ej Lip谩r (1981) is a poet, journalist, and photographer.He has published poetry collections聽Sko艡谩pky聽(Shells, 2004),聽 Komponent聽(Component, 2014) 聽and聽Retro聽(2023). He has also published poetry in magazines and is represented in the anthologies聽Nejlep拧铆 膷esk茅 b谩sn臎聽(The Best Czech Poems) and聽Antologie 膷esk茅 poezie聽(Anthology of Czech Poetry).
